So I have had these bumps on my scalp for a long time now. They do not burn, itch, or sting. But they do cause problems while shaving, especially bleeding. Should I go to the doctors and see about them or is there any way I can just use an at home remedy? What should I do?

Welcome!
I would see a dermatologist. It looks like regular moles, but it could possibly be cysts or keloids. I would still see a dermatologist to make sure it's not something more serious.

If it was me I would see a dermatologist. I usually visit one a few times a year, spent to much time in the sun most of my life.

Update: Been using a baking soda paste and warm compress. Serious difference in the size of them, smaller. Self diagnosed as sebaceous cysts and treating them with the same treatment described above. Possibly won't need a dermatologist however not throwing that option out the window.

A good sign that they seem to be improving. If the don't go away follow through with a doctor.

A derm can take them off for you. I have had a couple smaller ones removed, and one more that will probably need to be taken care of down the road.
