Well, I must confess, I had to use spray to keep the hair in place. Really would suck when the wind blew and mess up what hair I had..... :D
-
I used gel, mousse sometimes, and blow dried and blow dried and combed and then finally I used half a can of hairspray. Am I glad that I don't have to do all that now! 8)

Hairspray...and man I am glad thats overwith.
-
hairspray and gel here. I had all kinds of hairstyles while growing up. Oh the nightmares...
-
i pretty much just used a ballcap. >:D

Hairspray, and lots of it, two coats to make sure the "do" stayed in place. Couldn't use a hat--crush the "do" issues. Always had to have an umbrella so it wouldn't get wet and melt. FREEDOM, is just another word for no more hair to lose!

Never used anything. But that was so long ago I may just have forgotten...
-
pomade...its like a waxy gel hybrid

I was "au natural" ...... can't blame "products" for my hair falling out..............
-
The last "product" that I recall using was "Brylcreme" (a little dab'l do ya!). That was a loooooooong time ago... For those of you who are too young to remember, it's what "Grease" was all about.

LOL bro, that was a long time ago....I used that when I was a teenager in the 60's......was good for the DA hairdo.... O0

If I needed anything at all it was Butch or Crewcut Wax.

Mousse

Gel. Which just emphasised the thinning. When I think back at what a twat I looked I cringe. Wish someone had said to me years ago to shave it off!!!
WHERE WERE U GUYS ALL THOSE YEARS WHEN I WAS IN DENIAL????
Only kiddin guys. You are the best

That's the very reason I didn't use gel.
Hairspray was my weapon of choice. :x!

Conditioning spray for me. Just enough to keep things in place.

I used mousse for a while when I was in high school and later switched to gel. I stopped using the gel when the hair got too thin. In fact, I knew my hair was getting really thin when I would get a haircut and then apply the normal amount of gel only to find that it was waaay too much. :-[
I had really thick hair but it wasn't the type of hair that styled very easily. Back in the day, you never would have convinced me that I'd prefer being bald but I'd never want to go back to the days of shampooing, conditioning, blow-drying and gelling.
-
You name it and I used it. Having curly, unruly hair in the Gulf Coast humitity sucked. I would get it pretty much the way I wanted it, open the door to go outside and POOF- I looked like an explorion in a Brillo Pad. Thank God I found you guys.

Bryllcream, a little dab will do ya.
-
I remember the only thing I used was finesse shampoo. Always made my hair shiny and soft O0
-
I can just remember Dandruff!
-
using hairspray and assorted shampoos.
