I wonder if THAT'S an advantage to being sly. I mean, I think people generally consider me a positive person (not that I don't have my mood dips) and I just wonder if the type of person who will shave their head and join a "I feel great about my shaved head" site is also the type of person to be not only positive, but compassionate. People go out of their way here to be supportive of one another. I think that's rare in our culture and... even more rare amongst men. People are so willing to put in energy here to be supportive to people they don't even know yet. Whether it's helping people get through the 30 days, giving advice to younger guys about life or dating, offering kind words about difficult life circumstances, I just see so much good humanity reading these posts. While I'm feeling weird occasionally in my 30 days and sometimes think I look GREAT and sometimes think my head is going to hatch, I kind of like to think of being sly as also being a really positive person who is moving towards wisdom, and that's based, silly or not, on reading these posts.

Well - it simple bio-physics. You see, that dead stuff that used to be hanging from your scalp acted as a suppressant to your natural power of positive thinking and was constantly retarding your mood. Immediately upon shaving it off the positive energy was free to flow and a new supply chain was started in your head.
See, simple physics!

I was going to skip shaving my head this morning, but after reading your post, how can I not shave my head again?
Thanks for the kind words and encouragement. That's what makes SBG so great.

I looked at a few other sites before I found this one, and there is no more positive place regarding hair loss than here. The other sites are nothing but, "if I lose my hair my life is over". I have actually posted on those others a time or two to get them to take a look at sly guys.
