Give Prince William a Head Blade and let him go for a REAL head shave.  For as balding as he is, he would look great with a shiny dome.

It's People Magazine. Do you really expect much more than this level of hype from its writer trying to make a story out of something as mundane as a man getting a haircut and his wife wearing the same outfit twice?

I seriously doubt that the royal "keepers" will allow him to really shave his head or even go clipper short.  He is not allowed to do anything that could be viewed as "edgy" or "extreme" by anyone of any persuasion.
