Title: Moving 'Recent Posts' to Above the Fold

I don't know about everyone else, but when I come to the forum I want to see 'Recent Posts'.  It is annoying to have to scroll to almost the bottom of the page to see these.

Can this section be moved to 'Above the fold'? (A newspaper/Internet term meaning the part you see without having to scroll)

I would like to see at at the top as well.

I just always hit the END key, as the most frequent part of the forum front page that I look at is the last items on the page.

If it's an easy change, that would be helpful.

At the top of the page on the right is all the post since last visit, click on it. No need to scroll to bottom.

I generally click "show unread posts since last visit" on the right hand side of the screen.

Thanks, MrZed, using the "End" key works best for how I like to browse the forum.
