Just right after you shave your head, what procedures do you other sly bald guys do? O:O
-
Cold water rinse
Astringent/toner (usually Witch Hazel or ClearHead)
Then some sort of moisturizing post shave lotion
-
Cold water rinse and then Headslick (glossy).
-
After rinsing my head I use Tolsom Aftershave Splash and then for a baby powder feel with no residue I apply their Skin Smoothing Gel.
-
I always apply some Matte For Men....
-
Always a big splash of witch hazel and then rub on aloe vera for the good feel and shine...sometimes some SPF 30 for sun protection and a good shine. Good luck!

where can i find this "Witch Hazel"? Wal Mart??? ???
-
I massage a bit, just in-case, to relax my skin.
then I use a regular aftershave :)
-
Yep...I answered your other post. Good luck!

Yes. It is typically with the alcohol and peroxide, in the first aid section of the store.
-
Opps! My previous comment said that I use Headslick after shaving the dome. I meant, of course, that I use Headlube (glossy) after a cold water rinse. Headslick, which I also use, is the shaving cream.
-
My local GNC had Witch Hazel in stock.
-
Depends on the time I shave. If its day time, after a cold rinse, I apply SPF36 sunblock. If its at night, after a cold rinse , I apply an herbal liniment oil.
-
After shaving I rinse with cold water, towel dry and apply an aloe vera gel or sometimes Headlube glossy. Both give a great shine
I shaved 10 hours ago and I'm just starting to get a light sandpaper feel, but the head is still shiny as it was in the morning
-
I usually crack open a beer.
-
That's the Schro we all know and love.....

well until i go to the store, my best bet is to use cold water / aloe vera. i'm gonna go ahead experiment & see what happens. O:O

I usually do not need to do a special treatment on my sly dome. But I shave in the shower and just dry the noggin. Often, I will get people asking if I put anything on it to make it shine. Normally I don't...I just have a naturally glossy bald head. But if I want extra gloss, then I use HeadLube Glossy!

is it at Wal-Mart?? ???
-
I make my own aftershave lotion for my dome. I start off with Witch hazel, I add Aloe Gel until it gets visibly thickened, then I add real Tea Tree Oil (not just the fragrance) until I can smell it. It ends up with a whitish color and a consistency about like pancake syrup. Makes my head feel fine after shaving.

I always apply a moisturizer on mydome after shaving. FIrst I rinse my head with cold water. Then I apply some witch hazel which realllysooths the dome. Then I put on some aloe vera lotion and then a little headblade glossy moisturizer. I have also used some baby oil gel which helps give me a great shine that I like.

I don't believe so, but I've seen it at Walgreen's.
Go to baldguyz.com for the list of retailers. Also, you can order it through their website.
Good Luck.

You should be able to find it at any walmart or drug store. Usually it is near the rubbing alcohol.

Sometimes (like last night) I use Tea Tree Oil first, like I would Shave Secret and then rub on the gel...good shave, feels good.

At the very least, I use traditional aftershave or alcohol...If time permits, I will wash my scalp with Noxzema just to clear the pores and some aloe vera gel. For additional shine, I slap on some Vitalis.
