Title: Is this a fake blade from Ebay?

I've never bought Persona before, I have tried many and like Gilette Blue the most. I dislike Bic and Feather.

This one came in the mail and the print is so low quality, just wondering if that is normal or if one of the Chinese shipper is just printing the names on blank razors?
