Title: Problem #1 - I want to shave often, but not look like a light bulb...

Yup, I love love love the smooth bald feeling. 

Nope, I don't like shaving off my color. 

What to do!?!?!?   I've been mystic tanning but really, that does not cut it.   I konw I need some "real" sun but I work so much.

Please dont let my head look like the underside of a shark!

I too understand your plight.

I shave mine almost daily and I always end up with the snow white look on top, and i've done tons of tanning.   Only thing I can figure is it has to be my shadow(and yes part of it is because the electric doesn't get quite as close).    I've gotten used to it, but yes it's annoying.

If I could get a definitive answer it would be great.

The only real answer is time with some good old fashioned UV rays hitting the nugget!

When I first shaved, it was in the middle of spring... I looked like a big ol' light bulb until about the end of June before the color really started staying...

Robmeister also put up a post about some sunless tanning stuff... I'd look for it but I haven't had my coffee yet!   ;D
