I have bought a ton of jewelry from The Chain Gang. Great quality, reasonable prices:

Tribalectric is good.

I have friends who recommend this place:

                  http://www.bodycandy.com/ (http://www.bodycandy.com/)

bodyartforms.com

Small mom'n'pop set up but highly legit.  Great prices and the more you spend the more free stuff you get!  Only place my wife and I have bought and type of body jewelry including earrings (gauges for me) for 10+ years

I have bought earring from Chain Gang too.  Like their selection, particularly the seamless rings.

Here's another site: www.scrapmetal23.com

They have limited selection, but they are good.  All the edges are smoothly polished so there is no rough spots or snagging. They have CBRs, Segment Rings, Barbells and such.  All metal. No acrylic, no stones or flashy stuff.

For the CBRs and Segment Rings you'll want to get a ring opening pliers to make the job easy.
