In the nearly five years I've been a member of this forum (the last four as a moderator), I enjoy the posts and topics from the membership here, whether bald related or not. In fact, I have become Facebook friends with several members through the years. I know that some of our members don't have a Facebook page, or use it very sparingly, but to me, making friends on Facebook is a testament to Tyler and the other mods and the great work done here. I personally think it's a plus to get to know some of the membership outside of the forum even if we don't get the opportunity to meet in person (though I wouldn't mind a face to face meet-up). That said, have any of you made any Facebook friends with other members of the forum by choice or by happenstance? Did it lead to any face-to-face meet ups? Feel free to share your story, names of members you are friends with are not required.

Yes I have made a handful of SBG FB friends. While I have not met any face to face all have proved to be outstanding gentlemen.

I think I have one member from here on fb, didn't realise there were loads of SBGs on fb.

I'm not into facebook, twitter but I have made some friends on SBG by sending personal messages when I want further informaiton on a topic. This led to meeting two members (Cave Dweller and Warhawk) on a recent trip to the US from Australia and I hope to meet others if I make any further trips to US or UK.
