Because of the postal rates going up last week, our international
orders have been having problems. I have contact the company several times and are trying to fix the problem. They will e-mail me when it is fixed. As soon as they let me know, I will contact you

Hey guys, I talked to HeadBlade and Todd let me know that they will be making good the orders that didn't have the beanie. Mac is supposed to call me tomorrow to work out the details. I'll let you know what's up once I get done talking to him.

We have had some problem since the US Postal increased the rates in having some of our international customers enter their shipping info. We have contacted the site that does our exchange and intl. rate business to correct the problem and they have been working on it since the increase last week. If you have any customers who are needing to process an international order you can have them contact me direct at 310-842-7630 X202 and I can take their credit card payment over the phone and issue the credits and free hat promo. Hopefully they will be able to fix the problem this week. We have had a lot of intl customers for HeadBlade.com with the same problem and that's the best way we can solve until the rates are all set up.

I got an email this morning from Headblade saying my beanie was on the way...Still a big fan here as well, but still no beanie and no e-mail from HeadBlade. :(

And let me say, if anyone has thought about getting themselves one of those HeadBlade Toiletry kits that you get with the refill kit gold, I recommend it. Dope stuff, small and compact, and it looks like it will be able to handle everything I travel with. Solid package.
are you in canada or US? i'd call them back again and demand to speak to the supervisor ...and explain that this is the third time calling them and each time they tell you you'll get it tommorow...thats some poor customer service your experiencing...

Placed order on June 7 (before business even opened for that day)
On June 11th, I sent a polite e-mail looking for the tracking number, no reply.
called on the 12th, and I was told I should have it "today or tomorrow", I also asked if he could e-mail me the tracking number, but he was not at the right computer for that.
today and tomorrow went by and no delivery, another call, and I was told the same thing, " you should have it today or tomorrow", Again I asked for the tracking number to be sent, but it never was. (and I checked my spam box too)
Am I expecting too much? I know I'm not a major corporation like CVS or WallGreens, but I must say that at this time, I'm quite disappointed..
If I have the tracking number, I know what's going on, I don't have to wonder if my neighbor stole it etc.
