I've gone and asked the pharmacist about this product and apparently it's only available in Canada. I would buy and try it but i don't have a problem with my skin and at 15$ a pop for a non-existing problem would be ridiculous. I've posted a video so it can give you an idea and google "bump eraser" for a more complete description.
