Title: Bein Bald
Post by: blackbaldman19 on November 09, 2011, 10:25:14 PM
I LOVE BEIN BALD !!!!!!!!!!!  :)

I embrace on bein bald. I refuse to let my hair grow back.

I'm always discovering a new obstacle. I can't find the remedy to shave the back of my head (particualry the neck) without breaking out. My neck is always bumped up. i DISLIKE IT !!!!!!  :( :Xo! :-[ :-[ :-[

To be honest, I wished my hair would never grow. and i wouldn't have to worry about breaking out. I guess I'll be livin in fairytale land by saying that.  :/O

I never would've guessed there would be so many challenges on maintaining a clean bald head. Crazy thing is i don't want to grow my hair back out.

I guess there are some oils or so against hairgrow or so.
not sure, though.
You can keep into a buzz haircut, though :)

What's your cleaning program?  Remember, now with no hair to keep your skin separated from things like pillowcases, hats, the head rest in your car, etc., or to take on the grime that settles on everyone during the day, it's very important to really be conscious of keeping the dome clean.  Not only an astringent after shaving--that's a must, but you must also do more.  Regularly change your pillowcase, make sure your hats haven't built up sweat and crud--wash them, and two even three times a day wash your dome with a mild antibacterial soap, I use Cuticura, to make sure that dome is clean.  Keeping it clean will help keep it clear!

Electrolysis can permanently remove the hair but it is time consuming and could get expensive.  I don't have any experience with laser hair removal but I know when it first came out, it was mainly for people with light skin and dark hair.  I think that has changed but I've never really looked into it.

If you're only getting irritation on the back of your neck, you may want to try using an electric razor just in that area.  Or even experiment with different razor cartridges.  An ice cube on your head right after you shave can also help quickly calm things down and then use an astringent.

It's no wonder, frankly, you've got problems.  Cuticura is in the acne soap section of your drugstore, ask them where they keep it.  I use the blue bar, they have a white colored bar for dry skin.  Sheets and pillow cases are cheap, change them for clean at least once a week.  This probably will provide you with a whole lot of improvement!

well my neck is still broke out pretty so i'll postponed on shavin my head for about a week or so.

i'm startin to realize why my head flakes out pretty badly. since i don't properly clean it.  makes sense now :P

once my neck and the back of my head heals up, i'll try the "Cuticura" you mention.  O0 as the looks of my neck is right now. it doesn't seem like the right choice to try anything expremential wise.  :XX

i'm gonna hate growin my hair out for awhile because i'm so used to bein bald headed.  >:(

i don't think i've tried the "ice" method. could u further explain that?  ???

i don't think a laser treatment will be such a great idea.  i'm very pessimistic about that. beside i don't have that kind of money, seems expensive. :-\

Sorry, wrong choice--now, right now, is the time for the Cuticura--it's anti-bacteria and it's mild--to prevent any further problems.  Don't scrub, wash and rinse well--three times or more a day--keep it clean!

No but it will reduce the possibility of cross infecting other follicles.
