Title: What length do you trim your beard?
Post by: Country on October 25, 2013, 08:23:20 PM
I have been lazy lately and haven't took the time to trim. I used to use a norelco trimmer but it takes to long. If has a very tight comb and clogs pretty easy. It takes several passes to get things trimmed down and even. At least I have thick hair somewhere on my head. Anyway, I bought a set a wahl clippers and think I might start with a no. 6 guard. I don't mind it being long I just need to even it up some. I was just wondering what length y'all trim to.

I was getting trimmed to a #4 for a long time but I haven't had a trim in nearly a month.  My beard is currently 1 1/4" long.

I usually trim mine with a #4, then scissor-trim from there.  Recently, I took it way down and now I'm letting it grow back out.

I ought to measure mine. Did you actually comb it out and check?

I yanked a hair and then measured it.

Almost 2 1/2". I think it's time for a trim.
