Title: Scalp scar from Harry's

This is a scar from using a Harry's razor on my head.  This occurred before Harry's said not to use on your head.  Harry's is contacting me now about the incident.  However, I don't have any expectations of them doing anything. 

What are my best options for dealing w/ this scar?

I have had various injuries to my head that caused a scar, but they usually have faded away.  At least the ones I incurred after shaving my head.  It looks like a light enough scar that I think it will fade.

What was the problem with the razor?
