HELP! - Acne on Head

Please, any ideas welcome.

I just got like 12 what appear to be and I assume are pimples on my dome.

1. Any idea how to get rid of fast ?
2. More importantly, any idea how to not have happen again.

Note: I have not shaved for 8 days or so so I do not think it is shaving related. TIA.

Late reply, but in the future you could try an astringent like witch hazel. Unfortunately, zits don't go away too quickly.

Also, make sure you're keeping your dome clean and if you switched products before the acne, then stop usage until it clears up.

Goatee:
I get same myself. The odd spot or two. Very annoying as i try my best to do everything correctly.

Maybe i should resort to just cutting it as close as possible and not shaving?

I would need to find the best tool for doing that...

I use Saint Ives acne control apricot scrub daily and it took care of that problem fot me.
