Never had a problem with guys, over the years. It's a non-issue. Some actually prefer it.

 everything about you that is sexy is in between your ears .    things that cover up or distract from looking you do you are not sexy.   discard or shave off anything which distracts your potential date partner from being able to immediately look at your eyes and begin to search for your sexy soul.  Confidence  and erect carriage are signs that there is something sexy inside

One bit of advice from my past, never show up for a 1st date wearing a cap or hat. Obvious reason, 'when you eventually take it off, you'll hear, 'oh wow, you're really bald.' That will put the date into a tail spin.
