Hello fellow chrome domes:  Hope all is well with you and your families.  For those looking to lose weight or maintain the weight that you have lost . . . follow me on my fitness journey.  I talk about the things that go into my fitness journey.

Update on my fitness journey that I started since Summer 2015 . . . I have maintained the 35 pounds that I have lost.   There is no magic pill just diet and exercise.  For me diet is challenging so I try to find and share with you the foods that I eat that have helped me.  I hope that I can encourage you to live the fitness lifestyle.  Thanks for listening.
