Hi I'm new to the community. I came to know about sprays for growing hair again. Have you tried using hair-growing sprays? Is that effective or just a gimmick?

I don't mean to sound judgemental, but am I the only one who thinks the only thing more pathetic than an adult man (or woman, but it's usually men) who sit in their basement, playing video games all day long is the person who watches these people do so on youtube or what is it called, Twitch?
Maybe I am starting to show my age.
I was recently involved into a hobby from which I have distanced myself somewhat. This behaviour is quite common, but I'm not into it. Nowadays after travelling this year, I feel like I've missed out on exploring the outside world. This is called "streaming" and it's very popular with as early as teens nowadays. I feel it has contributed to a lower quality culture and many types of mental issues such as anxiety among young people. A lot of these new slang and memes are coming from these popular streamers.

Hey guys,
I wanted to ask if anyone else on here is on CPAP? I was diagnosed last year with mild sleep apnea. After finding the right mask, and pressure I am, after 5 months of therapy I am at an Apnea index of oAHI of 1/hr and cAI of 2/hr with a leakage of 3%, which is considered really good.
My problem... my deep sleep, it hasn't really improved. You are supposed to get 15 minutes of deep sleep for every hour you are sleeping. So if you sleep 8 hours, you are supposed to get 2 hours of deep sleep.
I average about 6-7 hours of sleep a night, and I am lucky to get 90 mins of deep sleep once or twice a month. Some days are none at all, the average for the last month is 1/2 an hour. So I am not waking up as refreshed as I should be.
Just for reference, I don't get up multiple times during the night, I fall asleep usually in 10-15 mins. Wake up once to pee (anywhere between 3-5 am)... and then usually fall back asleep.
Anyone else in this same situation? I would love some input.
Best,
Steve

Haven?t been on here for some time. Been keeping at the below length of 8-10 inches for last couple of years but now planning on another year with no trimming
It looks great!

Thanks again buddy. Yes, it's that classic horseshoe pattern, which means it's probably gonna go the whole way. It has happened noticeably like this just over the past year. Very fast.
I think I'm probably losing over ALL the DHT sensitive areas?

Thanks dude.
I think, given the speed of this loss, it?s gonna go the whole way now. Can?t see how I can miss it! Yes, you?re right, best to own it.

Thanks buddy.
Do you think think this is going to roll on to Norwood 7 now? Would be fine if it did.

It is what it is, but if you?re a man with raging testosterone, this is only gonna get worse until it stops.! so just revel in your manhood and enjoy this process! Be bold. Be bald, be confident.! You look great and you know it hold your head up high, and everybody else is gonna know it as well!

Yes, it?s normal. It?s all part of being a man. It depends on your own genetic make up and where your DHT sensitive follicles begin and end some guys horseshoe gets really small so it?s just a thin strip above their ears and around the back of their head.
This is normal, but it bothers some guys to have that horseshoe. Especially for a young guy it makes you look a lot older. I wouldn?t sweat it but if it bothers you, you have two convenient choices
1. Many guys choose laser while they?re still young enough to do so if you wait until you won?t be able to laser the horseshoe fringe away
2. The other option is to get scalp micro pigmentation done on your entire scalp to make it all even out
The bottom line is that you have a great looking dome and should be very proud to show that one off!!!!! You have the opportunity to become a very confident young man! There are a lot of your buddies even those who have no hair loss who wish they had the balls to shave their head like you do! You may even be able to convert some of your buddies to the sly look!

I stumbled into this group while researching this very question. So far, I am very happy with the results my first laser experience.
I'm naturally bald on top have shaved for over 10 years and now am having the remaining horeshoe fringe removed by laser. The first treatment was 2 weeks ago (with a test patch done a week before that) and my hair is much lighter and thinner. The shadow is much less pronounced when shaved and hardly noticeable even after a few days growth. I'll post more later if anyone is interested... gotta get back to work.
Yes, please post more. How old are you? What color was your hair? Do you know what kind of laser was used and can you post us some before during and after pictures?
