Although I prefer charcoal, I use propane because it's quick.

Charcoal is nice now and then, but propane for convenience.

Charcoal - when I have plenty of time
Electric - in a hurry

Charcoal always.

Grilling is like shaving my head.  It is a process that can not be rushed.

I voted Propane only because I use it for convenience.  I prefer charcoal with wood chips.

I'm a propane BBQ guy,  Weber & Holland grills.   I use the electric Bradley smoker when I want that great tasting slow smoked flavor. )-m

You can use wood chips with propane too, just soak them and wrap them in aluminum foil and stuff under the grill. I like using applewood soaked in nothing other than apple juice  O0

Guys,
Check out the Big Green Egg.  It is all that I have used for several years.  I guarantee that if you use one, you will not go back to propane.  Not only does the BGE do a great job cooking your food (and keeping it juicier than you can imagine), but it is a hell of a lot of fun to use.
