Pasties are discs that exotic dancers (strippers) wear on their breasts to cover their nipples. Some cities (such as Palm Springs, CA) require that nipples be covered if alcohol is served.
Of course, we should combine the USA and UK definitions and make edible stripper pasties. We could call them Boobie Snacks!!! O0
