I purchased Clubman Pinaud after shave at Sally's Beauty Supply earlier today.I had smelled this at a CVS a week or so back.... someone had opened a bottle so I took advantage to take a quick sniff. So what does it smell like? It smells like the past, like a simpler time when simple things were the best. It reminds me of when I was a young boy and Dad used to take me to the Barber Shop for a regular haircut. That scent was in the air in those old Barber Shops. No salon smell, or mousse scent, or flowery, citrusy scents..... just a very nice, clean, old fashioned, masculine scent. I love it and my wife loves it. The scent will take you back.A little of this stuff goes a long way so use it sparingly. At less than $7 for a large bottle it is a bargain.Would i purchase it again?...... absolutely. A bargain price for a great scent wrapped in a little nostalgia.
