Like the others have said, shave it!  You won't know until you do.  Also, we are more critical of ourselves than other are.  So, if you do have indents, I really doubt anyone will notice.

I say go for it. No one's head is perfect. I get compliments on my head shape and I have some lumps and dents in the back of my head.
