No bro! this is not what you want to do. Don't go the hat route. You want to get the dome out there proudly and confidently.

No hiding behind a ball cap, it's very obvious and it's a cop out. You'll know when the time is right and you will feel good about it, trust me.
 
Then you will wonder why you waited so long!     ;)

Pixtaker, if you can't do it for yourself, do it for charity.  There are plenty of organizations like St. Baldricks and Locks of Love that you could use as a reason to shave.
