20 years ago today (15th April)....
« on: April 15, 2009, 08:39:40 AM »
....Nottingham Forest were playing Liverpool at the Hillsborough stadium in Sheffield.

96 people died when the crowd in one of the stands surged forward. This was one of Britain's worst sporting disasters. The youngest to die was 10. Can I ask all SBG brothers wherever in the world to join us in the UK to stop for a few minutes and remember those who died and the loved ones left behind.

Thanks guys

April 15, 1912, the Titanic sank,
April 15, every year, the citizens of the US must file their individual tax returns :(.

The poet, TS Eliot, began his poem, The Waste Land, "April is the cruelest month."

Many universities and private schools want their deposits for the next academic year in April.

April sucks.

April's showers bring May's flowers. A moment of silence. I had a great uncle go down with the Titanic. Very said.
