I am looking for any advice people with sensitive scalps have for keeping their domes acne free. I realise that this has been touched on a lot, but, it is a major pain in the dome-ass for me.

Do you use the St Ives Apricot scrubs pre-shave and what do you put on zits to clear them quickly (Benzoyl peroxide/witch hazel).
Has anyone used laser treatment for clearing acne instead of just for permanent hair removal.
My routine is below so critique it if improvements can be made.
1. St Ives Apricot scrub in the shower.
2. Currently using Men's shaving system foam (sensitive with aloe vera). I bought this recently as it has no alcohol or SLS based products.
3. Shave with the grain only.
4. Hot water rinse prior to a second coat of foam.
5. Touch up around for missed bits.
6. Hot water rinse followed by 1-2 mins of cold water rinse.
7. I use witch hazel liquid as an astringent post-shave, applied with cotton wool/baby wipes.
8. Currently using aloe vera as a moisturizer.
I will be heading to US next month and plan on getting most/all of the bald guyz products seeing they have received good reviews. Also, I have used the moisturiser myself until recently and I find it great regarding thenon-greasy application and absorption capability.
Any advice would be welcome as these zits are causing alcohol urges to numb the annoyance.

Final point is the zits are on the top/front of my dome mostly, where I seem to have more sensitivity. So, I switched to shaving with the grain ie. back to front on top.
Thanks.
