Really annoyed with myself....

..... I have been following a healthy eating plan and going to the gym regularly and last night I blew it.
At bedtime (the worst time of the day to do this), I scoffed half a trifle and a shed load of chocolate. I am so angry :Xo! with myself but I couldnt resist it. :(

I have a friend who is a personal trainer, and he has one day a week when he can "cheat" on his diet.
I've seen him eat an entire box of oreos and half a small turkey all at once.
