Well done fcb. O0 The sooner you get into the gym the better. Weight training can really kick up your metabolism. You can just do low weights and high reps to keep from "bulking up" while you are trying to get to your goal weight. I am down 90 lbs since Feb 2008 and trying to squeeze out another 25 lbs. Keep us updated!
