I trimmed up the strays and it looks better. I'll let it fill out a little bit more.

I would have to say the avatar looks better. Makes you look more buisness like. The full one makes you look like a thug. But I'm an old guy and like the trimed look.

I have to agree with Trimmed. But it could go either way. As long as the noggin is smooth both work well.
