Re: pictures and head shape--you've really got to work on the lighting and the camera angle. I've been working on it for several months. Another thing is to learn a few of the simple touchup tools on your computer digital photograph program. Just as the wrong angle and lighting can distort the subject, the touchup tools can crop and correct color balance too. The "raw" picture is rarely what you want--it needs some work to make it really reflect the subject.
