i know. its ridiculous. Vanity has a hefty price.
(unless you look good with a shaved head. then its not that bad.

)
it is funny how vanity controls people's lives....
That's the advantage of being born ugly, growing up ugly, and being an ugly adult like me...... NO VANITY!!!!!!!!!!!
I find it a little creepy.
Funny thing is I was never vain until I shaved my head. Now I'm shaving everyday, buying new clothes, and using self tanning lotion.
Same here DBM. Except for the tanning part.
Even though I've been doing a guard-less buzz for over two decades, since going sly four years ago, I've definitely taken more pride in my appearance and wardrobe.
"Scourge", I don't think so, leprosy or Hansen's disease is a scourge, cancer, kidney failure, blindness, deafness--those are scourges and the people that get them display huge courage. Baldness is just a cosmetic issue, and $10-15,000, Jesse James used a gun. And finally, what every happened to the part of the doctor's oath that said, "First do no harm."
SLY, and it's semi-official mantra, "No rugs, no plugs and no drugs" is the sensible response to this issue. I can honestly say, being that I'm not exactly movie star in appearance, that everyone who has combover issues, thinning cr_ppy hair, looks better slick, clean and sly. The only thing that slows the acceptance of Sly is that no one makes big bucks with the intelligent response to this cosmetic issue. Okay, we may buy a few more shaving supplies out of necessity or curiosity but not big bucks.
Sly today, Sly tomorrow, Sly foreever.
I'm returning your computer screen to your control now.
I find the whole transplant thing just silly. Wait till the balding sections continue to lose hair, while the new stuff keeps on hanging in there. Sounds to me like they're just rearranging bald...to the tune of the price of a halfway decent used car for one session! I just don't get it.
Well, actually, I do get it.
It's a GIANT ripoff!
Slick, SLY, and shiny for me!
