Yes it is a side effect but it does work.How many other diets give you a good quick start and it is healthy to.You have to have a few vices in life and I like a smoke amongst other things.

I personally recommend the Zone for stable fat loss.  I have used it for 5 years to maintain my weight and am currently using it to prepare for my bodybuilding competitions.
