I call it a useless Hallmark holiday designed to lift money out of guys' wallets.

Broads don't ask you to be their Valentine?  Are you not being truthful about shaving every day--I mean what girl doesn't ask a guy if they're smooth >:D?

I call it 14th February. I resent the money making part of all such events (that includes Christmas, Easter, Fathers Day, Mothers Day etc. Remember me going on about the "reason for the season at Christmas guys?). I dont have to buy cards/flowers etc to show Madam Ambassador how I feel. Bah humbug!

Mrs Stumpy calls it "Your turn to cook"
I just humour her.  It's normally worth it. O0

Under the thumb? Me?
Hang on, gotta go.  "Just coming, dear"

Damn, glad I'm not alone in that department!!

no thats what "sweetest day" is lol. has anyone else heard of sweetest day? its an actual holiday in Ohio but ive heard theres only like 7 other states that celebrate it. other states dont even know what the hell it is lol.

anyone heard of it? its like valentines day but not as big of a deal.

"Sweetest Day" actually comes out of a German tradition, and it is generally only heard of in areas that were originally settled by a lot of German immigrants.

I would only know this because my wife's family used to be in the florist industry, in Ohio, and had German ancestors, and sold greeting cards in their flower shop...
