well i dont think im quite old enough to have real hairy ears yet lol but i definately have long nose hairs which i trim with a ear/nosehair trimmer. i must say those things are THE MOST uncomfortable things to use. i feel like im shoving a tube with teeth up my nose (which i basically am). im just waiting to get a nose bleed sometime from it lol.

The electric ear and nose hair trimmer that I have tickles my nose when I use it!  And it's not a laughing matter.  So I use scissors (with blunted tips) for the nose hairs and a beard trimmer without a guard for the ears.  Works okay.
