Ringside:
When I see a patient for the first time and he is shaved, I start off by saying    "I see you got the e-mail about the new haircut"     while rubbing my head.  They ALWAYS laugh and it is a great ice breaker and conversation starter.  What "LINES"  do you guys use when acknowledging other sly brothers.  This  "E-mail"  line works great when I encounter sly cops, postal workers ,  grocers,etc.  Really, anybody I run in to.    TRY IT , you'll like the response you get.

I just found out that if you stare at the 2 girls in your avatar long enough you can start to see the words you posted just to the right. Neat.

A while back i met a bald boy in a restaurant bathroom and we had a couple laughs together about bald heads.

That usually gets a laugh and breaks the ice pretty well.
