I would have to say that I kind of admire Michael Chiklis as he went from his role in "The Commish" to "The Shield".  I can relate to him from his chunky days, when he didn't shave his head.  But I can only hope that I can emulate him as a bald man eventually when I lose my weight!  He is definately improved looks wise with the muscular, trim look and shaved head.

I agree that he did the right thing by shaving his head.  A lot of guys can keep the partially bald look and still look good, but in Michael's case, it was a good thing that he shaved his head.
