I hate it when someone says "Jesus Christ" as an indication of how displeased they are. It is extremely offensive to me

agreed! i grit my teeth when i hear people say that. i have friends who say that. the worst is when they say "holy s***!" or "holy f***"!"

I am amazed nobody like said the word like , like.  "I Mean" is like the other most used phrase like in the entire like  universe. I mean like come on people, like cant you get a like, life? Like?   I mean, like , really!!!   Like have you ever heard people start off like every sentence with " I mean"??   AND THEN interject a" you know what I mean?"  or a    "you know what I'm saying"   at the end of every like sentence?  so, I mean, like , THAT really irritates me, like you know what I'm saying???  So, in like, summary, i mean, to sum it all up, (you know what i mean?) I dont like superfluous LIKE and the word mean, (you know what I'm like saying?)

I will have to add   EXTRAORDINARY
Seems to me you can be ordinary, or EXTRA ordinary (which should be even more ordinary or super ordinary, extra plain or super plain)  but somehow extraordinary has come to be awesome or great.  Every time I hear how extraordinary Obama is;   I think of this.
It is what it is.     Like!!   Know what I mean???? O0

I hate when you're telling someone something and they just keep saying 'yeah yeah' every few words, as if they arent listening to what you're saying at all, or they know better than you do and just want you to shut up.  'Yeah yeah' >:(

also hate it when people say things are 'super-dooper'  :XX

I have 2 that come to mind:

ISSUE
and
APPROPRIATE (and its derivative.....INAPPROPRIATE)

Those 2 make the hairs stand up on the back of my neck when used in certain contexts. For example, when I say something off-color (sometimes I do this) and someone says that what I just said has "raised an issue" with them, or "I have an issue" that I need to address with you.
Or when a person makes a judgement as to whether something is "appropriate" or "inappropriate", such as my conduct at certain times. "Oh, that is so borderline inappropriate!". To which I usually respond "Oh, why don't you just take your issue and go forth into the wilderness and have inappropriate conjugation with yourself!"
"Certainly there is no hunting like the hunting of man and those who have hunted armed men long enough and liked it never really care for anything else thereafter."

One phrase that rankles me is, "No problem," as a response to "thank you," as to a restaurant server.  (Here come the entrees, neatly set on the table...) to the server:  "Thank you."  ................"No Problem," she/he declares.  What in the world ever happened to "You're welcome?"!!!

I'm an old city boy froma really rough area so I've heard and been called everything you can imagine.

Profanity doesn't really bother me although I DO NOT like God's or Jesus' name used in conjunction with profanity.

Where I grew up profanity was just a part of the everyday lexicon..... HOWEVER....

I cannot stand the two following words

coc*sucker
c*nt

I think they are the crudest most offensive words in the English language and dare you use one of these around me, you may find yourself lying on your back with a bloodied face.......

Was going to put c*nt down as well but didn't want to as I find it such an offensive horrible word.

Like, just as a few other bros have said. Trying to break my daughters of that one at the moment. Also can't stand "kinda". I had a coworker who would use this as an explanation for charges. This $60 is for them to kinda check it out and see what's going on with your car. If I'm paying any amount of money, I don't someone to "kinda" check out my car.
