Wow Bill, that is only two degrees above were we are in Northern Illinois right now.  Of course for us 15 degrees is a 39 degree IMPROVEMENT from this same time yesterday.

9:23 pm here and it is a balmy 43 degrees.  It is really nice out, compared to the -20 we had a few days ago.  Suppose to get snow tonight and tomorrow.

We have just came through the worst storm of the winter. 100 mph winds, torrential rain, thunder and lightning. Trees down, power cuts and some poor soul was killed in Northern Ireland when a tree fell on her car  :(
