Okay, I'm not entirely sure that I ever have a right to give any advice on this topic. I am 27 and can grow a full head of hair. I am 100% BBC. Most people think that I am balding, especially since I am blond and I have virtually no shadow. Some people even ASK if I am balding and that's why I shave. I just tell them, "No, I have a full head of hair, I just love being bald!" You can ALWAYS use that as your line, bro. No one NEEDS to know that you're balding. Make it your secret. Keep shaving the dome, think about the guys out there, like me, that shave just because of the look. Hopefully that can give you the confidence you need to get out there and embrace yourself. I can say that I think transplants are a bad idea, no matter what. I just don't think it's worth it, no matter what the outcome. In the long run, I think everyone here will agree with me, you'll regret it.


Whatever you decide, I wish you the best of luck on your journey to happiness. Happiness is something that everyone deserves, no matter what they feel they need to do or change to make that happen.

Read ALL of marty's posts. Hair transplant is not a good route. Even the IDEAL people they show in commercials aren't done well, and would never be able to have the short buzz. So much work is needed to keep the hair in perfect shape and form.
It's analogous to a comb over, keeping it all stay in the exact place so no one knows you're bald.

I have been shaving my head down to the surface for almost two and a half years. I must say, I still do not have any problems attracting women with or without hair, but without hair I'm no longer one of the best looking guys in the room.

That just struck me as seeming that you're letting your vanity overpower your senses.  Not being funny, bro, but don't have implants: just go natural.  You still won't be able to have the buzz-cut with implants anyway.  Listen to Marty.

Transplanted hair is SO sparse compared to a full head of hair. Think about it. Despite the new no-scar method, they take this full donor hair and then spread it out over the bald area. If it was AS thick, you'd be missing the same sized area in the donor area as the spot they cover up.

Then consider the fact that you may continue to lose hair around the transplanted hair. They'd have to make a new acronym for you. Instead of MPB (Male Pattern Baldness) it would be BATBOB (Balding Around Transplant - Better Off Before).

From the sound of it, if that happened to you, you wouldn't leave the house.

How are those 6 pack abs doing? How's your physique? If you're that vain and your body isn't in great shape, you might be better off spending the money on a personal trainer and not a hair transplant.

There's a reason they call it Male Pattern Baldness. We're men... +50% of us lose hair in the same way... I personally see nothing wrong or embarrassing about male hair loss. It's just bad hair styles that seem to make people get all worked up. I gain power over women the more bald my head is. Its right up there with roofies.   

This is a BAD BAD idea my friend. I hope you reconsider. Your future girlfriend will thank you.
