Are you in-shape? I've a couple of questions for you -->

Workouts here: twice a week religiously. Believe it or not, I go to a specialty trainer on Saturdays (dont ask, I hate spending it) for kettle-bell workouts. They can be nasty. When the weather is over 40 degrees, I walk 2 miles with my wife and of course I walk pretty much from March-November.

Legs and lower body (once a week); upper (once a week with the kettle-bells). Do what u can but do something. I am working with a nutriotionist (covered under the plan thank God) to reduce carbs and increase protein intake.


Note: the sad thing that less than 5% of my gym membership is over 50 years of age. Not good.
