hmmmm awesome career? On feet for 12-14 hours a day, 6 days a week doesn't leave a lot of time left for the golf game... or anything else. Money isn't that impressive considering the amount of work put in. 10 years of that was enough. That and I crushed my right hand - 2 plates, 8 screws. Makes using a knife for extended periods of time quite uncomfortable. Chefs work hard. Really hard.
