Anyway, are there any supplements i should take that you know of?
I would recommend Animal Pak vitamins
http://www.animalpak.com/html/sections.cfm?ID=7 They're intense. I did two weeks of P90X, then started these bad boys and my recovery was noticeably better the first day. You can take 1-2 packs as needed, depending on your training level. If you really don't like veggies, I'd recommend two a day to get everything you need. It's like a multivitamin on steroids (11 pills per pack).
Definitely get some whey protein. Should probably eat about 1 g / day per pound of body weight (this is a rough guesstimate).
The vitamins will make your urine turn neon yellow rather than clear (b/c of the insane amount of B-12, I believe...) Plus, water is amazing. If you really can't stomach the veggies, then at least stick to the rest of the meal plan, take plenty of vitamins, and drink lots of water to help keep you hydrated and curb your hunger pains.
