awesome Rampage Jackson is a gr8 fighter but he needs to get his life back on track and he was very good at that point in time in that video back when he was fighting for pride b4 he moved on to UFC....and just amazing how ricardo arona trys a triangle chock and look what happens to him but that doesnt usually happen in the world of mma cause once the triangle is locked in and you try and slam some1 its just locked in tighter lol.. you should check out kevin randleman slamming some ppl on there heads!

Yeah, "The Monster" has some monstrous throws, to be sure. Problem is, once he hits those throws and achieves a dominant position, he does nothing with it. Heck - he spiked Fedor wickedly - but failed to follow up with anything, gave Fedor time to regain his wits, and ended up getting submitted.
