I'm not a shower shaver, but a trick that works for bathroom mirrors is to rub shaving cream all over it. Just spray it on and rub it in evenly all over the mirror. It may work for your shower mirror as well. I would recommend the cheap Barbasol stuff for this particular purpose.

Yeah, what Razor said. It's the glycerin in the shave cream that keeps it from fogging up. Unsure of what other household products have it, but I know scuba divers use a special glycerin product for their goggles.

I use some soap. I shave last, so I use my rag with some soap still on it and rub it on then rinse it off. It works temporarily. Long enough for me to shave. I do have to do it every time though.

Seems like I remember that some eye glass places sell a de fog spray or liquid to use on eye glasses....would not this work on mirrors? I am not sure....just a thought and maybe the next time your in Wally World or something see if they have any in the optical department....

Get a paper towel and spray some WD40 on the rag. Wipe the WD40 on to the mirror and let it sent for a minute. Wipe it clean and you're good to go.
I was skeptical when I heard this but it does work.
One caution.... DO NOT spray the WD40 directly onto your mirror. If it gets behind the mirror it will desolve the adhesive nad your mirror will wind up on the shower floor.

I've said this before on other posts, but here it is again. Spit on the mirror, smear it around, and then rinse it off when you're ready to shave... works like a charm. I do it every day, and it never fails.

LOL Stu....I was just thinking what would happen if my wife saw me spitting on her mirror as she came in the bathroom.....probably does work but struck me as funny......

If you don't mind buying a new mirror Wal-Mart has one for the shower that let's you put water behind the mirror to keep it from fogging. I have used it for a few months and love it. I just keep a cup in the shower and put the water in when I am ready to start shaving. The mirror is available in the shaving section.
