First things that comes in my mind is,  nobody tells you that you look ridiculous.

Them: "At least I have hair!"
Me: "I do too, it's in a shoebox in the closet!" or "Yeah, I was cool like that once"   

Sometimes I think that they're afraid of what their women will say or do...I have a hard time thinkin' that their women let them out the door that way with a bad come over!.
