Even though its not the law here, I always use a headset when I get in my truck. Its just too easy not too.

I've seen guys shaving their face with electric razors often enough.

I have twice seen guys shaving with a safety razor and shaving cream on their face.

(Haven't seen any head shaving while driving, though.)

The only accident that I've ever been in what one where I got rear-ended by an off-duty police woman that was doing her hair.  She didn't notice that me and the other 200 cars in front of here were at a dead stop.  She never hit the breaks.
People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.

Heck I can drive with ease doing multiple things.  Hands free phone, putting in a cd that i had to pick up off the Back Driver side floorboard, talking with "Talk to Tiffany", eating my breakfast all the while reading the billboards as I am driving down the highway.... oh and I forgot....I also turn around to look behind me to make sure no one is following me.

My number one pet peeve belongs to some of the biggest A..Holes of all time. People who smoke with their children in the car.
It's illegal in Arkansas to smoke with children in the car.  It was part of the law that also bans smoking in workplaces and all public places.  That includes restaurants.

My wife did that once... and for some reason threw up cheerios all in her lap while driving.  It's a very funny story to hear her tell.

My previous job was an on-site technician for Dell computers and I had to drive all over Virginia, from I-95 and eastward to the shore, and Ive seen people do crazy stuff while driving, such as:

-Women changing shirts, pants, and underwear
-Men shaving and eating (with shaving cream still on)
-people in coitus (I-95 must be like lovers lane. a really, really long lovers lane)
-Ive seen people drinking from beer bottles on the back roads
-One woman was changing her babys diaper while she was driving

but then again, i would drive the highway or wherever with a burger in the left hand, on the phone with a client getting directions or whatever, writing them down with my right (and im left handed) while driving with my knee.

crazy people. haha

This morning, I started carpooling with a guy from work.  On my way driving to his house, I nearly got into an accident because i was looking at a stupid map.  I slammed on the breaks and swerved to the right, luckily not hitting the car in front of me.  It was a scary reality check, and i thank God nothing happened.
I need a GPS.

The other thing....don't be in a hurry!
I recently got into an accident cutting a corner too closely to shave a few seconds off my drive so I could make my son's soccer game. Well, I ended up missing the game entirely.
