This really is the ultimate step,
I would imagine that it would be difficult to get someone to laser your scalp simply by walking into their office and saying "fire the laser"! Perhaps that is what Dr.Evil did?
It might be better to see a doctor who has done this procedure in the past and is open to doing it. Online there is virtually no information.
It would not be out the ball park to consider going down this road at some stage.. the idea is appealing. I have always disliked the shadow and as my hair is dark it reappears fairly soon after a shave. I would imagine there would be paper work to sign before any laser was fired !

A laser tech performs it not a doctor. I reiterate: If I were younger and laser was available, I would have had my entire head lasered at the age of say 30.

Some Guy:
I stumbled into this group while researching this very question.  So far, I am very happy with the results my first laser experience.

I'm naturally bald on top have shaved for over 10 years and now am having the remaining horeshoe fringe removed by laser.   The first treatment was 2 weeks ago (with a test patch done a week before that) and my hair is much lighter and thinner.  The shadow is much less pronounced when shaved and hardly noticeable even after a few days growth.  I'll post more later if anyone is interested... gotta get back to work.
