The latino gang population in So. Cali makes for A LOT of shaved heads....but I wouldn't call them SlyGuys....
I'd call them something else....but that would violate posting regs :-X

Actually, there are quite a few, but I don't think that we have the most...
There were a lot of bald guys in Maryland when I lived there though...
