I seem to remember hearing about the rolling razor and how it sucked. For the life of me I can't recall where I heard about it.

The Rolling Razor is still being sold.  I was considering trying one, but the curve of the cartridge has me  concerned.

This is not a stacked blade setup where the 1st blade pulls out the whisker and the following blades shear it off.  No, this puts it in the single-edge-on-your-skin-at-a-time category which isn't the way to a fast, nick-free shave.
