Should I switch to Headblade? (Mach 3 vs Headblade)
Dome of Steele:
I've been using Mach 3's for a year and I'm happy with the shave I get. (I've tried to economize with cheapy razors and it's been a bloody irritating nightmare). I can use a Mach 3 blade for awhile before it gets dulled and I just use standard sensitive skin shaving cream.
I don't hangout with slys very often so I joined this forum to get a broader base of headcare knowledge.
I learned about the Headblade from here. Is it that much better than the Mach 3?
What I'd like to know is do you save time compared to a Mach 3?
Is it more expensive to maintain than a Mach 3? (changing blades, lube/cream products etc?)
I was about to by a 20 pack of Mach 3 blades on ebay for 25 bucks, but I'll hold off until I get some advice from yall.
The Anvil:
I have been using my Head Blade for like a solid week and a half, ;D and a Mach Three once(about 4 hours ago) That Mach three was pretty nice, I must say! The Head Blade gets real gunked-up on me, and I try to rinse every pass! (my hair is like piano wire!)
PBurke:
i like the shave i get with the headblade. but it is just easier for me to use my mach 3. every now and then i will use my headblade. (i only have three) for some reason though, the classic does better for me than the sport. not sure why. i say whatever you are comfortable with. welcome by the way. nice coon on your shoulder.

Holy crap that is a racoon! AWESOME! :*))
Dome of Steele:
Yeah it's a raccoon. I was trying to use him as a hairpiece but he kept nibbling on my ear.
So far I'm leaning toward staying with the Mach 3.
